Shipping and payment

We ship by PPL shipping service, PPL drop-off points and Zásilkovna drop-off points.

 

Shipping options:

The uniform price of transport is CZK 135 CZK
Classic package to the address

Atypical products shipping price 199 CZK
In the basket, you will always see the given shipping option for the given product

Transport to the PPL delivery point 89 CZK 
For sending packages to PPL boxes, the maximum package size is 42x42x50 cm. Small baskets at most, not large baskets, chests, etc. If a larger package is selected for the parcel box, we will automatically change it to the nearest classic stone delivery point.

Transport to the delivery point Zásilkovna 99 CZK
For small packages 30 x 30 x 40 cm maximum.

You do not pay any postage for orders over 2000 CZK.
It does not apply to goods with atypical transport and a courier - due to the size of the goods

 

Payment options:

We will send the goods to you on cash on delivery
You pay the money to the PPL driver as soon as he brings you the package

You can pay by bank transfer
After crediting the payment, we will send the package to you within 24 hours

By paying online through the ComGate payment gateway
This is a very popular, fastest and most importantly secure payment method. We will find out about your payment almost immediately and we can start preparing the goods you ordered and then send them. This is the fastest way to process your order. We do not charge a fee for this payment. As a customer, you may be able to choose a payment method in the payment gateway that the payment gateway allows and which we have contractually secured with the provider of the payment gateway. It can be the following payment method, Payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank transfer.
